Responsibilities
The Key Account Manager is responsible for overall account ownership while creating and executing the company’s electronics sales strategies:
- Develop & sustain a profitable, expanding business
- Foster strategic relationships with customer’s key personnel
- Work closely with customers to gain a deep understanding of their needs
- Act as the “voice of the customer” within the company
- Responsible for creating a regional account business plan
- Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal & external use
- Assist with challenge requests or issue escalations, as needed
- Supervise the quotation process
- Lead contract negotiation
- Travel, up to 20% both domestic & international
- Located in or able to relocate to the Seattle, WA area
Experience
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of related experience
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills
