Digital Marketing Specialist

Summary: As part of the Marketing team, this position will play a crucial role in our marketing efforts by creating visually appealing and engaging materials. This position will be responsible for designing brochures, flyers, logos, and other marketing collateral while managing various marketing channels such as social media, direct mail, and website content. This position requires a combination of creative design skills and marketing knowledge.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

General (including, but not limited, to the following)
• Plan, create, and produce marketing communications and materials to implement marketing strategies and business objectives
• Assist in initiatives including advertising creation and development, promotional campaigns, production of tradeshow materials, and website materials
• Develop visually compelling content for social media platforms and manage social media accounts.
• Work with project teams to understand their needs and to develop direction, concept and specifications for assigned projects
• Responsible for the processing and production of design content, including processing designs and images, preparing collateral for online viewing, and updating and preparing documents for print production
• Utilize creative skills to develop concepts and graphic design skills to assist in creating and manipulating design elements and entire layouts
• Maintain brand and marketing guidelines
• Develop innovative approaches to how we communicate and visually tell our story
• Maintain collateral files and process update requests
• Maintain corporate marketing photography and stock art databases
• Communicate with vendors on production standards and set expectations as to final product delivery
• Coordinate quotes and purchase orders from outside vendors
• Assist with delegation of projects among the marketing team to ensure timely completion.

Minimum Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
• A background in design or graphic design skills would be highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
• Proficient in social media management, content creation, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with SEO techniques and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Advertising or a related field.
