About the Sr Product Designer role:

We are recruiting in partnership with a client in need of a Sr. Product Designer. This crucial role involves leading the design of innovative B2B and B2C applications. Ideal candidates will be adept in UX/UI design across mobile and web platforms and capable of managing the entire product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Convert conceptual ideas into practical user experiences.

• Lead full-spectrum product design from ideation to UX/UI and prototyping.
• Communicate directly with senior leadership to present design solutions.
• Ensure detailed specifications are provided to engineering teams for precise feature implementation.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to align and integrate product designs.
• Maintain and evolve a consistent design system.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proficiency in UX, interaction, and visual design, showcased through a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of design constraints on web and mobile platforms, including responsive and accessible design.
• Bachelors or Masters in Design or related fields.
• Solid experience (4-8 years) in leading design projects from start to finish.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C design preferred.
