Analyze social media data and provide insights and recommendations for improvement

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven working experience in social media management
Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report on social media metric
