About the Role:

 

We are seeking a talented Director of Corporate Affairs to join our team and work closely with our Executive team, our Marketing and Sustainability teams, and other domestic and global colleagues. We are at an exciting stage in our North American business and are assembling a team with diverse skills, experiences, and an entrepreneurial spirit that will propel us to new heights in the years ahead.

 

Responsibilities:

 

· Serve as our leader for external corporate communication.

· Oversee our public relations efforts with our agency partners.

· Facilitate external messaging on our branded campaigns and Thai Union’s SeaChange initiative.

· Manage community engagement, including local engagement at our future Pittsburgh office.

· Coordinate corporate giving and tie this activity with our public relations plan.

· Lead employee events and meetings at our future Pittsburgh office.

· Play a lead role in crisis management and media relations.

· Play a supporting role with government relations activity, when needed.

 

Requirements:

 

· Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods).

· Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.

· Strong presentation skills and effective written communication.

· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Undergraduate degree in Corporate Communication, Journalism, or related disciplines.
