Purpose

Citadel Completions is looking for a highly motivated and creative person to join our marketing team as a Marketing Communications Intern. The successful Intern will have a passion for digital, social media and content creation with an eye for detail. They should possess excellent writing skills and be comfortable creating content that speaks to the aviation industry. This role plays a critical role in the marketing department for communications across all social media. They will assist in creating content that will engage and captivate audiences across multiple platforms, including websites, emails, messaging / blog posts, press releases and social media postings. They must create compelling copy that speaks to the VIP/VVIP aircraft industry target audience, as well as a keen eye for detail and accuracy. In addition to writing content, the communications specialist in coordinating campaigns across multiple channels to ensure brand consistency. Ultimately, this person will assist the marketing team in raising awareness of the Citadel brand while growing the company's presence online.

Essential Functions

As a Marketing Communications Intern, your primary responsibilities include the following:

  • Assist in creating / or curating compelling content stories across multiple digital channels such as websites, emails, blog posts, press releases and social media postings.
  • Write copy that speaks directly to the desired target audience in the VIP Aircraft Interiors industry.
  • Assist in the development and execute campaigns to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Monitor website, and social media- traffic performance, including optimizing metrics such as page views, click through rate and unique visitors.
  • Measure success of campaigns and social media initiatives by tracking key metrics such as followers, interactions, impressions, engagement rates and conversions.
  • Analyze data insights to develop strategies for achieving maximum impact for marketing programs.
  • Develop creative ideas for engaging campaigns and activities that will drive brand recognition in the Aviation industry.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Must have, at minimum, completed your Sophomore year and actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Marketing Communications or related marketing discipline.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing with an emphasis on social media management.
  • Passionate about aviation and aircraft interiors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and content creation.
  • Proficient in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be creative, analytical, and have strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

DESIRED

  • Interest in the Aviation industry is strongly preferred.

  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing, including Social Media Platforms.
  • Ability to create compelling content suitable for different media channels.
  • Skill in developing effective campaigns and activities to maximize brand recognition.
  • Excellent communication, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical ability to track and evaluate campaign performance metrics and interpret data to create best plans.
  • Proficiency in various analytical tools related to digital marketing.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
