Data Validation Analyst - Remote

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Validation Analyst to join our team. As a Data Validation Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within our organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular data validation checks to identify data discrepancies or errors
• Develop and implement data validation processes and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues
• Create and update data validation reports and documentation
• Investigate and troubleshoot data quality issues
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency
• Participate in data migration projects by validating and verifying data accuracy

Requirements

• High School or Equivalent 
• Proven experience as a Data Validation Analyst or similar role
• Strong understanding of data validation techniques and best practices
• Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using SQL or other database query languages
• Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures
• Familiarity with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
