Job Summary and Qualifications:

• Maintain 24-hour accountability for staff supervision and coordination.
• Ensure patient needs are met following physician instructions and hospital policies.
• Oversee organizational improvement activities and policy development.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure patient care continuity.

Qualifications:

• BLS, ACLS, PALS certification.
• Registered Nurse with BSN.
• 5+ years of nursing experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.

Additional Details:

• 5 years of ED experience; 2 years of charge/supervisory experience required.
• Full-time equivalent (FTE): 48 beds, 90 FTEs when fully staffed.
• Shift flexibility with competitive salary: $95k - $130k.
