Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will develop, implement, evaluate and oversee marketing efforts and relationships for all Group Fox properties aiming to achieve optimal revenue growth and targeted occupancy through robust and focused prospect traffic. The manager will work closely with the Property Management and Leasing teams to maintain successful property marketing efforts that support overall leasing efforts.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase awareness, target prospects and drive traffic for residential properties based on uniqueness of geography and property type
  • Attend to social media and digital search optimization. Create, post and engage on social media, online reviews, and inquiries on marketing platforms regarding our residential properties
  • Use set metrics from data and analytics to set strategy and monitor success of campaigns. Adjust accordingly to increase effectiveness
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Travel to properties and connect with management and leasing teams at a minimum once a quarter, or more frequently if circumstances require, to address issues and identify new local marketing opportunities and demand generators
  • Propose, manage and report on marketing budgets monthly to CEO
  • Design and develop graphics and materials that are consistent with our 6 brands and unique within the industry
  • Maintain websites to achieve functional relevance, competitiveness, and optimal curb appeal
  • Assist in the development of property improvements, amenities, residential unit design and staging
  • Assist in gathering market intelligence toward leasing and price setting exercises with the relevant teams; assist in analysis of comparable properties and their marketing efforts and success

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficiency with graphic design and video editing software
  • Website design and management.
  • Tech savvy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Interior Design experience is a huge plus

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing; will consider strong GED/HS diploma candidates with 7+ years' experience.

Experience:

  • 5+ years marketing experience (or equivalent) with 3+ in digital marketing
  • Strategic planning and project management
  • Ability to leverage insights to drive strategy

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Frequent travel to properties, comps and markets in the Chicagoland portfolio
