ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Teach students ASL at varying levels from beginning to advanced levels
• Ensure the students are meeting the appropriate benchmarks throughout the school year
• Work with other colleagues and administrators on how to further develop the department and students
• Involvement with logistics of extracurricular activities and events
• Teachers are encouraged to pursue professional development related to their teaching fields
• Apply Biblical principles to lessons and student learning experiences

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA required
• MA preferred
• Subject area or Multiple Subject CA teaching credential desirable, but may work toward this
• Must reside in the Bay Area
