Job Summary

Our Client Success Specialist will work out of our Grand Rapids, MI or Dallas, TX office location to support our C&I Division. This critical role will serve as the engine of the SitelogIQ sales development process, enabling SitelogIQ C&I to achieve sales targets by helping our clients to plan initiatives, make prompt investment decisions, stay informed about progress, and drive issues to resolution.

Our ideal candidate will be thorough, highly organized, and ensure that those clients are never in the dark and are getting the results they expect.

This role will manage and grow meaningful, long-term, trust-based relationships with people of any temperament, and able to manage the inevitable changes in project timelines and client emotions. Active listening skills and the ability to read people and personalities to adapt your approach are needed in order to guide and persuade, providing clients with security in the midst of complex projects.

You are focused on the client experience and perspective and have a history as a successful customer success associate, inside sales representative, client relationship manager, project manager, administrative assistant, or similar role.

Responsibilities/duties

  • Develop client relationships and manage customer satisfaction by acting as a trusted focal point for client communications, proposals, and service delivery
  • Facilitate collection of client data (property attributes, utility bills, etc.)

  • Gather and analyze data about individual projects for the clients served by the Account/Program Executives you support.
  • Coordinate proposal delivery by submitting detailed development requests, tracking progress and deadlines, and assisting with quality control reviews
  • Support project execution by ensuring colleagues are aware of client expectations and keeping clients informed of progress/issues/resolutions
  • Support timeline planning, issue / action item tracking, and progress reporting
  • Prepare client-facing communications and deliverables, e.g. presentations, meeting recaps, and status reports
  • Host or support Program Executives in client meetings (virtual and in-person)
  • Update the CRM, Smartsheet, and other tracking tools in real time
  • Allocate time to learning and development to grow your solutions knowledge


Qualifications

  • 2 years prior experience in a business support function, preferably Customer Success, Inside Sales, Sales Support, Project Development, Project Management, or Administrative support
  • Ability to operate from a "service mindset" with all clients and internal teammates

  • Associates degree or higher is preferred


Additional Skills & Abilities

  • Personable, relatable, and able to maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Demonstrated history of being highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Aptitude for quickly learning processes and technical concepts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially use of spreadsheets)
  • Committed team player willing to contribute where needed
  • Proactive and frequent communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
