We are currently looking for a bright, motivated Sales professional for our staffing office in FT Lauderdale, FL.  This candidate will be responsible for direct sales of temporary and permanent placement to small to large-sized companies; developing new business through cold calling, phone prospecting, and face to face presentations; obtaining new clients through prospecting, and client management. Ideal candidates will possess:

• Ability to schedule appointments with staffing buyers in small to fortune 500 organizations
• Proven ability to generate new business consistently
• Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of professionals
• Skills necessary to negotiate pricing structures and agreements with potential clients
• An aptitude to develop a client base to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Established skills in developing sales strategies, conducting cold calls, and performing sales presentations
• Excellent time management skills
• An aptitude for meeting business development goals in a highly competitive environment
• Willingness to attend networking functions
• Exceptional organizational abilities and enjoy problem solving
• B2B staffing experience a plus
