IT Infrastructure Project Manager, Healthcare

We are currently looking for IT Infrastructure Project Manager, Healthcare. This is a remote position and the candidate can be located anywhere in the United States. There will be travel to California as needed. This is a contract opportunity running through until the end of 2023.

What you will need:

• 7+ years of Project Management (PM) experience leading IT Infrastructure projects. Previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Must have IT Infrastructure knowledge of Network Engineering, Telcom, Acquisition Teams, Value Added Resellers, IT Applications Team Integration.
• Added pluses: Experienced working with Low Voltage Designers or structured Cabling vendors as well as general and electrical contractors
• Requires excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills.
• Ability to lead a cross-functional team while motivating team members to their highest potential.
• Bachelor's Degree. PMP Preferred.

What you will do:

• Responsibilities include working on IT Infrastructure Projects to prepare comprehensive action plans that include resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. 
• Will perform various coordination tasks (like schedule and risk management) along with administrative duties (i.e. maintaining IT PMO project documentation – artifacts) on MS Teams (SharePoint) as well as handling financial queries such as requesting quotes, updating/creating ROM’s and assisting with change orders.
• Develops cost benefit analyses for the project, communicates to an executive committee, creates and reports project status utilizing a dashboard, allocates resources, defines project governance policies and manages the financial concerns. 
• Interfaces effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units.
