Our design team creates engaging customer experiences, connected through a wide variety of digital products, that span from desktop to mobile to whatever’s next. They know how a product should look, feel, and work, and understand what users need and want in a constantly changing digital experience landscape. 

The ideal candidate is passionate about design and the disciplines used to create clean and effective deliverables. They are knowledgeable and up to date on industry innovations and able to drive collaboration within multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment. The digital designer’s primary role is to develop how our client’s brand looks, sounds, and feels, and to make their products and services more enticing to consumers. 

You’ll also:

• Create interactive design concepts, coherent design systems and visual languages.
• Interpret UX wireframes into tangible and meaningful designs that are representative of clients' brand guidelines and customer needs.
• Build high-fidelity prototypes that include animation, interactions, and visual design.
• Clearly and confidently present work, while providing a rationale for decisions made in client sessions, design reviews, and project meetings. 
• Contribute to pitches and business development efforts.
• Influence design, creativity, and innovation both within the company and with our clients.
• Collaborate with competency leads and sale associates in a supportive and constructive manner.
• Page build in modern CMS installations like WordPress, HubSpot and Salesforce.

You’ll need to:

• Have 3-5 years’ experience with a portfolio that demonstrates a strong design and
  technical skill set.
• Maintain design systems, designing for responsive web, digital marketing, email, native mobile applications, and digital collateral.
• Be fluent in common design software (Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Design Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, etc.) and self-sufficient in the creation of design artifacts and presentations.
• Possess the ability to problem solve and provide solutions when needed.
• Demonstrate strong fundamentals in both graphic and interaction design, and an ability to produce multiple solutions to a single problem.
• Effectively collaborate and communicate in cross-functional teams to tackle all aspects
  of a design.
• Balance multiple projects at different stages and bring unique design approaches to each.
• Express a desire to learn more about new innovations and technologies and share what you learn with other team members.
• Understand the benefits, possibilities and constraints of common coding languages and platforms - interaction, behavior and style discussions.
• Have experience with waterfall, agile, lean and hybrid design and development methodologies.
  
  

The Digital Designer position will be a remote/work from home position with occasional in-person meetings at our office in Red Bank, NJ, and/or client locations. Candidates must reside in Eastern or Central time zones and able to support East Coast working hours (8:30 am - 5:30 pm EST)

Candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
