Who You Are

  • You have 3+ years Digital Marketing experience which includes ecommerce or online payment industries, ideally operating in high growth startup environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to develop compelling and relevant content tailored to B2B audiences and industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret metrics and KPIs to drive decision-making and optimization.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building within the B2B space.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • You're highly collaborative and operate seamlessly alongside Sales and Customer Success Teams, but can also partner cross-functionally at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM), marketing automation, and B2B-specific digital advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.

What You'll Do

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Marketing, you'll play a critical role in driving significant business growth during 2024 and beyond. The Digital Marketing and Content Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various online channels. This role will also involve creating engaging content to attract and retain customers, enhance brand awareness, and drive lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and analytics, as well as a creative mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Create high-quality content for B2B audiences across various digital channels, including website, blog, social media, email, whitepapers, case studies, and other platforms.
  • Plan and execute B2B-focused digital advertising campaigns across paid channels, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and industry-specific platforms, to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Work closely with the Website Manager to optimize website content and user experience to improve search engine visibility, website traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and content initiatives, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Stay informed about digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to enhance our digital presence and competitive advantage.
  • Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all digital marketing channels and materials.
