As the Social Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our brand and drive business growth. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate sales for Louis Martin Jewelers, a trusted name in the retail industry since 1978.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, print, events, and partnerships, while leveraging the rich heritage of our established brand.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer trends, competitor activity, and industry insights, leveraging the knowledge gained from our extensive experience to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
  4. Manage and optimize the company's digital presence, including website content, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms, to enhance brand visibility and drive online traffic and conversions, leveraging the reputation built over decades of retail excellence.
  5. Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, catalogs, advertisements, and promotional collateral, ensuring consistent brand messaging that reflects the prestige and quality associated with Louis Martin Jewelers since 1978.
  6. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization, drawing on the deep understanding of our customer base developed over years of serving discerning clientele.
  7. Nurture and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, influencers, and industry professionals, leveraging our established reputation to maximize brand exposure and secure strategic collaborations.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience 3 years as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role within the luxury or fashion industry, preferably in established retail businesses.
  3. Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with a demonstrated track record of successful marketing campaign management and brand building, encompassing both traditional and digital channels.
  4. Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation, while appreciating the unique needs and expectations of our loyal customer base.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate brand messaging and value propositions that align with Louis Martin Jewelers' established reputation.
  6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions, leveraging the historical data and insights unique to a business established since 1978.
  7. Creative thinking and a keen eye for design, ensuring brand consistency and excellence in all marketing materials, while infusing new ideas to maintain relevance in a changing market landscape.
