Job description:

· As a close partner of the Chief Product Officer, conduct research, contextual analysis, usability studies, etc. and synthesize optimal user experience workflows for each feature.

· Work with product owners, software engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to comprehend requirements and provide innovative, thoughtful user experience and layout solutions.

· Use wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, and prototypes to communicate the user experience at different stages of the design process. Incorporate user feedback, enterprise processes and business requirements into ongoing user experience changes and functionality.

· Designs should be interactive, intuitive and aligned with Agile approach to functionality development. Support ADA-compliant workflows across channels.

· Combine quantitative data and qualitative insights into design.

· Create high-fidelity mockups to quickly and effectively demonstrate the core functionality and user experience to the CEO, CPO and other stakeholders.

Skills:

Essential must-have skills:

· Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field 3+ years of experience designing web and mobile apps.

· 5+ years of general design experience.

· Proven expertise in Sketch, Figma, InVision, or other design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud to visualize the experience.

· Experience in web and mobile design.

· Strong brand and user experience instincts; ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.

· A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), including information architecture, high level processes, app interactions, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.

· Ability to work with a geographically distributed team to understand detailed requirements and design user experiences that meet client needs and business vision.

Nice to Have – Past experience at LinkedIn or similar complex, customer-facing social platforms.

Education : Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
