Job Description

The Inside Sales Specialist's primary focus is on customer acquisition, and the position places a strong emphasis on online sales efforts and cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, and web leads. Must be assertive and eager to close sales, meet targets and increase revenue.

Job Requirements:

  • Open and create new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling, emailing, and inbound lead follow-up. Research and qualify new leads and sales opportunities using online sales tools, email campaigns, and other online sales methods to drive growth and expand customer base.
  • Perform market and customer research and customer analysis to enhance sales efforts.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to offer the best product or service solution.
  • Maintain and develop new customers through consistent daily sales activities
  • Respond to sales inquiries thoroughly and promptly.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales personnel for further development and closure.
  • Maintain accurate sales records through the company's ERP/CRM system and by maintaining organized customer files.
  • Become proficient in all Power Storage Solutions sales systems, products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide reports and updates on sales activities to management

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience
  • Sales: a minimum of 2-3 years sales experience with strong prospecting, cold calling and closing skills.
  • Organization: the ability to organize and efficiently handle multiple projects at once and be able to work under pressure
  • Communication: must have excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer proficiency: must have strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word, and must be familiar with using CRM software to maintain sales activities and create quotes.
  • Attitude: must have a positive, flexible, and willing attitude and be a team player
  • Customer Service: must be personable and have strong customer service skills.
