Job Description:

As a Junior Sales Representative at Swish Advertising, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business and drive revenue growth through outbound sales calls. We are looking for individuals who are relentless, tenacious, and have a burning desire to succeed. This role offers the unique opportunity to learn from a multi-million dollar producer and industry expert while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make 150 to 200 outbound sales calls daily to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify and qualify leads, understanding client needs and proposing tailored advertising solutions.
- Overcome objections and objections with a proactive and persistent approach.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Highly motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic advertising industry.
- Team player with a competitive spirit.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets is a plus but not required.

Requirement - Minimum 1 year of sales experience. 

Compensation:

In the beginning, you will receive a small base salary along with a high commission structure. The earning potential in this role is substantial, ranging from $300,000 to $500,000+ annually, depending on your performance.
