POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Primary Responsibilities:

• The Digital Marketing Specialist will have two primary areas of responsibilities focused around (1) digital marketing activities and (2) marketing content creation.

• Collaborate with colleagues and dive into self-guided research to learn about our industry, offerings, customers, and markets to constructively create compelling content.
• Assist marketing team with creation and execution of targeted B2B marketing programs and campaigns aligned with the marketing strategy across all channels and platforms (e.g. web, email, social, print, video, webinars, blogs, trade shows, etc.) to bring in qualified leads and move them through the marketing funnel.
• Develop and integrate social media campaigns that tie into other marketing efforts including website, content marketing and SEO to increase lead generation.
• Improve our rankings, both paid and organic, through techniques in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
• Understand target personas of our customers, users and influencers to build, analyze, segment and nurture persona-based audiences.
• Idea brainstorming on marketing strategies, content and tactics to drive awareness, lead generation, interest, conversions and customer retention.
• Strengthen our brand awareness across North America in our focus markets through digital marketing strategies.
• Support HR in communication of recruiting and employee event activities.
• Stay up to date on the latest advertising trends, especially as they relate to our markets and personas.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Required:

• Marketing, Business, Graphic Design or equivalent degree.
• 3+ years of marketing, digital communication and/or design experience.
• Experience in and understanding of current tactics and trends in digital marketing including; SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing/creation.
• Working knowledge of general marketing tactics, techniques and branding.
• Ability to build relationships both within and external to ProMinent.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills: written, oral, listening and presentation.
• Possess strong cultural awareness and ability to work across the organization, with different levels and globally.
• Proactive approach, goal oriented and good time management.
• MS Office Suite.
• Adobe Graphic Design Suite proficiency and video production a plus.
