Experienced Automotive BDC Internet Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Town Center Nissan, a reputable automotive dealership in Kennesaw, Georgia, is seeking an experienced Automotive BDC Internet Sales Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers a competitive salary with objective sales bonuses within the auto industry. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales and internet marketing, coupled with a thorough understanding of the automotive industry. As the BDC Internet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the dealership's online sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement online sales strategies in line with the dealership's goals and objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of BDC Internet Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
- Monitor and track online leads and sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
- Respond quickly and professionally to all customer inquiries and build relationships to drive repeat business
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all dealership internet sales transactions
- Stay current on industry trends, online marketing strategies, and competitive analysis to refine strategies and stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise
- Continuously train and develop team members on best practices in online sales and customer service

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales and internet marketing
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results
- Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and current market trends
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Available to work weekends and evenings
