Your role at Kittl 

As a Community Manager at Kittl, you will be part of a fast-paced and test-driven marketing culture. Our marketing team consists of 8 people that drive our global expansion. In this role, you'll lead our community marketing efforts and be the bridge between our users and the product teams, gathering and reporting feedback through a variety of methods to shape the future of Kittl.

What you’ll do

  • Represent the community: Collect user feedback and be a voice for users, reporting to product and media teams on what users want to see

  • Problem solve: Quickly resolve issues and questions that arise within the communities, leveraging the Customer Support team for any additional needs

  • Networking: Build strong relationships with users to understand their needs and challenges

  • Assist the media team: Provide resources, tutorials, webinars, FAQs, create challenges, and answer community comments & questions

  • Event planning and execution: Host events that engage users and grow the Kittl community

  • Strategise: Track and analyze user engagement and come up with strategies for increasing user retention in communities

What you’ll need

  • Professional experience: 3+ years of social media management and/or community manager experience

  • Technical experience: graphic design background/experience required

  • Platforms: Intimate knowledge of community platforms (Discord, Facebook, Circle, Reddit, Patreon, etc.)

  • Apps: Intimate knowledge of social media apps (Instagram, TikTok, X, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)

  • Communication skills: Flex your communication skills and 'IRL' public speaking

  • Events: Experience hosting live events, webinars, Q&As (event management and promotion)

  • Extras: Knowledge or background in SAS/cloud applications (Tech-Savvy)

  • An allowance of 50 working days (or 10 weeks per year if you count weekends) of fully remote work from anywhere in the world away from your home base, as long as you maintain core working hours (12pm to 5pm CET)

  • Core working hours are 12pm to 5pm CET (EU timezone), with the rest of your working time being flexible so you can work in a style that suits you best
