G2 Capital Advisors
Boston, MA
  • Full-Time
Job Description
Salary:

G2 Capital Advisors (www.g2cap.com) is a multi-product and sector focused investment bank and restructuring firm. G2 was formed on the premise that lower middle market advisory firms could do more to help clients navigate operational or financial challenges and the complexity of M&A or capital markets transactions. G2 is not your typical investment bank or restructuring firm: we are a group of former business operators with unique industry experience and financial advisory bankers who help our clients achieve their strategic and financial goals. We are always in search of entrepreneurial, talented, driven and intellectually curious team members to join our team in achieving success for our clients.

G2's Restructuring Advisory Team provides solutions for businesses troubled by unsustainable capital structures and/or challenging industry or operating conditions. Our unique team of seasoned C-level executives, restructuring advisors and investment bankers provide our clients with a clear path to long term operational stability, a sustainable capital structure, and ultimately more financial flexibility to achieve their strategic goals.

  • Act as the lead or agent of change for pushing the restructuring process forward with the various parties involved; actively identify gating factors and mitigate risks to successfully drive the client company forward
  • Manage the day-to-day requirements of restructuring-related engagements, including all aspects of the timeline, resource requirements, and deliverables; this includes identifying potential problems that can jeopardize deadlines, providing leadership to clients and G2 resources, and communicating clearly to the team and client
  • Execute on specific work streams of the restructuring such as salesforce reorganization, supplier consolidation, overhead cost reductions, business unit divestitures, cash management, etc.
  • Provide key oversight to analytical work for projects including financial models, cash flow forecasts, liquidation analyses, and stakeholder waterfalls.
  • Serve as main channel of communication between G2, our clients, and key stakeholders
  • Act as interim CEO, CFO, COO, and/or CRO for performing and/or distressed clients across a multitude of industries
