We are looking for a motivated Account Development Representative to join our team. The Account Development Representative will play a critical role in expanding our customer base by identifying, pursuing, and nurturing leads. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging with potential customers via email, phone, and in person, and will have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Research and identify potential customers and contacts
- Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social media to build relationships
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads
- Collaborate with sales representatives to develop and implement strategies to increase sales
- Update and maintain our internal database of leads and prospects
- Represent the company at trade shows and events
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, emails, and meetings with prospects
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or Zoho
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospects and attend trade shows and events.
