Expansion Marketing Manager

Our Opportunity

Join Snyk's Demand Marketing team as a Expansion Marketing Manager, where you'll drive growth and revenue through targeted cross-sell/upsell campaigns, working closely with sales teams to expand our customer base

You'll Spend Your Time:

• Developing and executing expansion campaigns across various channels to increase revenue and expand Snyk's customer base.
• Collaborating with sales, customer success, and product marketing to identify expansion opportunities and analyze customer buying trends.
• Managing campaign timelines, budget, and ROI, with regular reporting to key stakeholders.
• Organizing targeted customer events, both virtual and in-person, to enhance customer engagement and product adoption.
• Collaborating with various internal teams including customer marketing, content, design, ABM, and digital marketing.

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of B2B marketing experience in a SaaS company, with expertise in end-to-end campaign management.
• Strong analytical skills and results-driven mindset, with the ability to measure and report on marketing KPIs.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Excellent written English skills for customer-facing communications.
• Experience working with customers and customer engagement teams.
• Familiarity with the technical buyer's journey and opportunities for marketing influence.
• Hands-on approach with a curiosity for exploring new domains and technologies.
• Ability to form strong sales relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
