Position: Entry Level Communications Associate

Description: As an Entry Level Communications Associate at Ideaboxpro, you'll play a vital role in supporting our communication efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about communications to join a dynamic team and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and editing communications materials, including press releases, articles, and social media posts.
• Support the coordination of internal and external communication activities.
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports.
• Collaborate with team members to develop communication strategies.
• Maintain databases and contact lists.
• Assist in organizing events and promotional activities.
• Provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with social media platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
