Digital Marketing Content Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Content Specialist to join Ultimate Autographs. In this role, you'll play a vital role in shaping our brand identity and driving customer engagement. You'll manage the development and execution of content marketing strategies aimed at achieving consistent branding, sales, and profitability goals. Compensation:

• Salary range: $55,000 - $60,000
• Annual performance-based bonus
• Paid time off

$55,000 - $60,000

• Coordinating digital marketing efforts geared to attract new customers, increase current customer engagement, promote products, and optimize the online experience.
• Developing new and engaging digital content on a regular basis to be used for social media marketing and online advertising campaigns. Candidates are not afraid to act as influencers and be on camera, produce their own content, videos, etc.
• Managing social media programs by creating and posting engaging organic as well as user-generated content utilizing blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Familiarity with running social media advertising (Facebook) and search engine advertising (Google) campaigns.
• Supervising the creative production of assets such as online ads, videos and other graphics. Occasional website updates and editing.
• Plan, develop, and oversee the execution of the customer rewards and influencer programs.
• Collaborates internally and with outside agencies and virtual assistants to approve creative designs and evaluate success metrics.
• Monitor the progress of ongoing promotions and marketing campaigns, and report on the effectiveness of the company’s marketing initiatives.
• Ensures goals and project milestones are met and are adhering to approved budgets.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of eCommerce and marketing technologies such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Lifetimely, Yotpo and Google Analytics are highly desired.
• Expertise in acting as an influencer across multiple social media channels. 
• 3+ years of experience in managing projects within digital marketing environments.
• Experience as an individual contributor as well as leading local and/or virtual teams is preferred.
• Knowledge of professional sports, teams and athletes is a plus.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content tailored to different platforms and target audiences.
• Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data to inform digital marketing strategies and decision-making.
• Proven ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and eCommerce.
