As we expand our operations, we are seeking Inside Account Executives to join our team.

Position Overview:
As an Inside Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and fostering strong relationships with new and existing customers. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales of our products and services to these companies, who rely on us to deliver premium solutions for their clients' homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored solutions by understanding customer requirements
  • Expand our clientele by opening new business relationships and maintaining existing customers
  • Represent Blackwire at industry events and trade shows
  • Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets set by the team manager
  • Manage communication and accounts through use of CRM tracking system
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and subject matter expert for Blackwire throughout the industry
  • Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments within the industry
  • This position will report to the National Sales Manager


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong proficiency in office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Google Workplace
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, custom audio-video experience is a plus
  • AVIXIA, CEDIA, or other industry certifications are optional, but desirable
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Netsuite, etc.) is a plus


Location and Travel:
This position is primarily a remote position if based outside of Phoenix, Arizona. Some travel may be required to attend industry events and expos.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $45,000-$85,000 annually
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(k)
