The Role: Strategic Growth Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate to join our Growth team with a focus on Strategic Growth efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is eager to gain hands-on experience in project management and strategic growth initiatives. The successful candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of various projects that are critical to the growth and efficiency of the organization.

Location: Remote

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of strategic growth opportunities including interfacing with states, school districts, health plans, and potential strategic partners.
  • Support the Director of Strategic Partnerships in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, maintaining project documentation, and meeting project deadlines.
  • In partnership with cross-functional teams conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers, presentations and reports for consideration and presentation by executives.
  • Document, track, and report out on project milestones including their specified budgets.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, internally between sales and post-sales, and with external partners.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including preparing reports, updating project plans, and maintaining records.
  • Adapt to evolving project scopes and work environments.
