Your Role:
You will report directly to the President and will serve as key member of the Executive Leadership Team. You’ll have complete oversight of all financial functions of the company. You'll be charged with leading a redesign of the reporting, KPI development and new system implementation to serve the needs of the ownership group's strategic plan and improve financial and operational reporting. You will manage accounting, finance, administrative, and information technology staff totaling over 20 people. You will be an active participant in the strategic planning process and driving the strategy and lead all financial planning and analysis. Other responsibilities will include potential acquisition evaluations and strengthening the financial planning and analysis function of the company.
