Job Title: Marketing E-Commerce Manager - Bailey’s Fine Jewelry
Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing E-Commerce Manager to join our dynamic team at Bailey’s Fine Jewelry. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both Shopify and WordPress, with a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, website management, online product management, and website administration. As the E-Commerce Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Website Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the website across all brands
- Create and manage web pages, product tags, product categories, and more as specified by the marketing team and merchandising team.
- Manage product listings, ensuring accurate and engaging product descriptions, high-quality images, and relevant details.
- Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with technical support when necessary.
- Monthly website/google analytics reporting with recommendations for future enhancements
- Content Creation and Page Management:
- Create new pages as needed, including product pages, landing pages, and promotional pages as specified by the marketing team
- Optimize existing pages for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and search rankings.
- Ensure consistent branding and design across all online platforms.
- Index current pages for SEO improvements
- Implement/update and adhere to brand standards provided by vendor partners
- Customer Experience:
- Collaborate with the Virtual Sales team to address any customer inquiries related to the website, products, and orders.
- Implement user-friendly features to enhance the overall customer experience (gift card experience, wishlist experience, etc.)
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Act as the point person for all website-related matters, coordinating with cross-functional teams such as marketing/virtual sales, merchandising, and IT.
- Communicate updates, changes, and enhancements to relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with CMO and Marketing Director to develop strategies to drive profitable growth.
- Willingness to understand and work closely with our POS system
- Streamline and maintain internal stock search to improve end-user function
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Marketing E-Commerce Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in Shopify and WordPress is a must.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, website administration, and online product management.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and how to implement changes to improve SEO
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to enhance the visual appeal of product listings and website pages.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Our Marketing E-Commerce Manager will work full-time, in person, at our Bailey’s Corporate Office.
