Job Description

The American Trucking Associations (ATA), the nation’s leading trade and lobby association representing the trucking industry, is actively seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Creative Multimedia Manager.

The Senior Creative Multimedia Manager will play a key role in supporting our communications efforts, with a particular focus on audiovisual production. This position will be responsible for creating video assets that support ATA’s media and policy efforts, meetings promotion, social media and website content development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Film and edit raw footage into finished, polished productions.
  • Collaborate with staff from departments across the organization to deliver final content to ATA website, social media channels, or other platforms.
  • Create animations that support ATA messaging and event promotion.
  • Function as staff videographer/photographer at ATA events as directed.
  • Maintain a well-organized archive of captured footage/photos for use in ATA productions.
  • Maintain ATA photography equipment and studio, recommending new/improved equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Communications, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Film & Media, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • 5 or more years of experience in in-house communications/marketing or public affairs department required.
  • Prior experience in high-pressure “on-deadline” situations with short turnaround atmosphere preferred.
  • Proven successful experience in videography, editing/animation (Adobe) software, and photographic equipment required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management abilities.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to work under short deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a cross-functional team.
  • Comfortable completing full-cycle projects from start to finish.
