Marketing Specialist (MarTech)

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who is a pivotal figure in maintaining and managing our member websites. This role is crucial for producing and optimizing webpages across both national and individual location websites, adhering to SEO best practices, and overseeing content management to ensure the content displayed on the websites is up-to-date and accurate. Additionally, the Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing our custom CMS platform, which involves ensuring its functionality and adaptability to meet our digital needs. This includes managing support tickets related to website bugs, setup processes, and timely information updates necessary for website launches and closures. The role involves collaborating with development partners to address backend issues and push for technical enhancements, ensuring optimal website functionality. The Marketing Specialist must work effectively within cross-functional teams and maintain strong communication with retail flooring group members to facilitate successful digital operations.

Our Marketing Specialist will:
- Complete the SEO and Martech deliverables for the member program teams and ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Triage and manage tickets for national and member bugs and enhancements, working with the development team to prioritize and resolve tickets. Conduct QA testing and follow-up to ensure that all issues are resolved and closed out.
- Use data and analytics to measure, track, and quantify the effectiveness of digital strategies. Identify opportunities to improve digital performance using insights from Analytics, Hotjar, and SEO reports and trends.
- Collaborate with account, content, brand, analytics, and social teams to develop and implement digital strategies for members.
Do our requirements match YOUR background?
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or computer science with 3-5 years of experience in marketing or web production.
- Experience with CMS platforms, Google Analytics, and HTML is required.
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tactics is essential.
- Must be skilled in discussing broad or complex concepts and simplifying them into clear, concise, strategic messaging for easy consumption by target audience across various formats and channels.
