As a Communications Coordinator at TMZ Events, you'll be at the forefront of shaping and maintaining our brand's voice and image. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring clear and effective communication with our audience, stakeholders, and partners, contributing to the overall success of our events and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create and distribute compelling content across various channels, including press releases, newsletters, social media, and website.
Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and interview requests, coordinating responses and spokesperson availability.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends, identifying opportunities for brand promotion and managing reputational risks.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and consistency in brand representation.
Assist in the planning and execution of events, providing communications support and materials as needed.
Analyze communication metrics and feedback to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in communications, public relations, or a similar role, preferably in the events or entertainment industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and ability to convey messages effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with social media platforms and communication tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
