Responsibilities:
- Sales / Marketing Expertise: Present and sell Legal Soft's products and services to new and existing clients.
- Prospecting: Identify and contact potential customers to expand our client base.
- Sales Targets: Work towards achieving agreed-upon sales targets within specified deadlines.
- Customer Relations: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring excellent client relationships.
- Sales Material: Create engaging sales materials for client presentations.
Qualifications:
- Sales & Marketing Background: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields.
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM platforms preferably HubSpot.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build a strong rapport with clients.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
- Detail-oriented: Deadline and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in developing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Project Management Skills: Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
