Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition

At Sonder Healthcare, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help hire the best of the best to take care of our patients ant their families. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various positions within the organization
  
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, company website and professional networks
  
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  
• Conduct phone, zoom and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and track progress
  
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database
  
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers
  
• Proficient in using recruitment software or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  
• Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications
  
• Knowledge of training development principles is a plus
• Ability to reliably commute/relocate to Sacramento, CA 95834 before starting work (Required)
  
• Any other related duties as assigned.
• Two years of recruiting experience

Job Types: Contract, Part-time, Full-time (No less than 20 per week)

Pay Rate: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
