Position Overview: 
Our client is seeking a motivated and technically proficient Junior Software Implementation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in the successful implementation of Warehouse Software Systems (WMS, WES, WCS, RCS) to optimize our customers’ warehouse operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional with a passion for technology and a desire to grow in the field of software implementation.  NEW GRADS with appropriate technical software knowledge welcomed to apply. 

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field preferred.
•    Basic understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
•    Familiarity with programming languages and software tools related to software implementations.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Required travel to the client site for delivery of solutions. (On average 75%)

Responsibilities:
1.    System Configuration and Customization:
•    Collaborate with senior software implementation specialists to configure and customize software to meet specific business requirements.
•    Assist in the integration of Warehouse Management System (WMS) Warehouse Execution System (WES), Robot Control System (RCS), and Warehouse Control System (WCS) applications with existing systems and technologies.

2.    Testing and Quality Assurance:
•    Support testing phases to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability for the software implementation.
•    Work closely with the team and customer to identify and address any issues identified during testing.

3.    User Training and Support:
•    Participate in the development and delivery of training programs for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new software.
•    Provide assistance and support to users during and post-implementation.

4.    Documentation:
•    Contribute to the creation and maintenance of detailed documentation related to the software implementation process, configurations, and user guides.

5.    Collaboration:
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and vendors, to ensure successful project execution.
•    Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.

6.    Problem-Solving:
•    Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that may arise during the software implementation.
•    Learn and apply problem-solving skills to address challenges and contribute to the success of the project.
