Key Account Manager - Sales
Location: Los Angeles, CA, 90065

Experience: 7-10& years

Contract: 6& months& Term

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the cosmetics industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cosmetic products, ingredients, and trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Roles Responsibilities
  • Account Management:& Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts in the cosmetic industry. Understand their needs and act as the main point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Sales Growth:& Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and developing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. This includes analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and competition.
  • New Business Development:& Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including securing new accounts and partnerships. Develop a sales pipeline and execute effective sales plans.
  • Product Knowledge:& Become an expert in our cosmetic products, including ingredients, formulations, and benefits. Effectively communicate product knowledge to clients and provide recommendations based on their needs.
  • Negotiation and Pricing:& Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and volume agreements with clients while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting:& Provide regular sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance against objectives. Utilize CRM systems to manage client interactions and sales data.
  • Market Intelligence:& Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, reporting back to the team and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Trade Shows and Events:& Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and product launches to showcase our cosmetics and engage with potential clients.
  • Team Collaboration:& Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
