Key Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally.
Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content to foster community interaction.
Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously optimize our social media presence.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Skills & Abilities:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
