*Job Overview:**
We are seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer to oversee the financial operations for a professional services client for a 6-12 month engagement. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial leadership and guidance during this interim period. This role requires in office full time in Moline, IL.
**Duties:**
- Manage all aspects of financial management, including expense, revenue cycle, payroll, and cost management.
- Implement cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
- Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Lead negotiations with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure favorable terms.
- Develop and forecast financial strategies to support business development initiatives.
**Skills:**
- BS Degree in accounting and/or finance; MBA preferred; CPA highly desirable
- Proven experience in financial management and strategic planning in a professional services environment.
- Strong expertise in expense management, revenue cycle management, and payroll management.
- Proficient in cost management techniques and implementing cost control measures.
- Excellent business analysis skills to drive informed decision-making.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with internal and external parties.
