We’re looking for a hungry Account Executive who is unstoppable in retaining and growing their book. If you are relentlessly organized, have the heart of a teacher, and are powerfully passionate about selling, you might be the one!

• You communicate clearly by phone, email, and in person. You’re concise and persuasive
• You actively use CRM software to stay organized and focused
• You know how to break down a project, organize your resources, and stay on time
• When solving problems, you are imaginative, tenacious, and collaborative

What will you accomplish?

• Retain customers, grow existing account revenue (50% of your focus)
• Generate new business through referrals (30% of your focus)
• Find new business through lead generation and prospecting of ideal customers (20% of your focus)

This is NOT a remote or hybrid role. Please be able to comfortably commute to Santa Monica daily.
