Director of Manufacturing Operations

We are looking for a Director of Operations to support our growing business as we expand to an additional location in Chandler, AZ area. In this role you will be responsible for full site build-out & implementation, while optimizing the existing operational functions & output.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Direct and supervise all manufacturing activities, including production scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management.
• Implement and maintain robust quality control systems to uphold product integrity and safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline workflows.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with suppliers and vendors to ensure reliable sourcing of raw materials and components.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and quality standards (e.g., FDA, GMP).
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures to optimize operational expenses and maximize profitability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality performance across all areas of the organization.

Qualifications:

• +8 years of experience in operational leadership roles within the dietary supplement industry.
• Exhibit sound knowledge of the dietary supplement contract manufacturing market, as well as the wider health, wellness & fitness industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to dietary supplement manufacturing (e.g., FDA, GMP).
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
