For this remote role, we are looking for people who are based between UTC+0 and UTC+ 7 timezone.

Your role at Kittl

Our Growth Team drives our global expansion. With a blend of SEO, community outreach/PR, and viral driven approach, this team puts our product in front of everyone in the world who wants to design.

Our Growth Marketing Specialist will help us attract more users through different evergreen or viral content worldwide. You'll be part of a lean growth team of 4, organized into cross-functional squads. Initially you'll work as an individual contributor, with a plan to expand the team through freelancers in the next few months with your help.

Your main role involves leading and being the owner of Kittl’s content and blog from zero. This ranges from research, ideation, writing, creatives, graphics, testing, analysis and strategies to grow our content’s unique visitors and active users from zero to millions a month. You will do everything hands-on initially, figure out a playbook and work/lead a small team of freelancers to scale. Additionally, you'll take charge of guiding and mentoring others within the company as you become the subject matter expert of content and blog at Kittl, overseeing strategy implementation and tactical execution.

What you’ll do

  • Content marketing strategy: Develop and implement strategies to leverage content marketing as a powerful channel for awareness generation, user acquisition and engagement, which align with Kittl's overall objectives

  • Research: Ideate content topics, write and create contents on Kittl by staying updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing

  • Identify content opportunities: Lead efforts to establish evergreen content opportunities that can expand Kittl's reach and utility

  • Explore untapped markets: Conduct comprehensive product tests across various channels for Kittl. Identify high-impact, low-effort content opportunities that can broaden Kittl's reach and public awareness

  • Budget: Allocate and manage a dedicated budget for content creation, collaborating with both internal and external writers to generate high-quality material

  • Project management: Exhibit strong project management skills, steering processes from research and prioritization to content briefs, A/B testing, and performance evaluation

  • Relationship management: Identify and cultivate relationships with writers, influencers, industry experts, influencers and media

  • Monitor campaign performance: Analyze campaign performance against key metrics, providing regular reports

What you’ll need

  • Experience: 3+ years experience working in Marketing or Digital Marketing, with proven experience working in a fast-paced, fast growing environment where you were responsible for growing a specific area of the business. A Content Marketing background is nice to have

  • Be KPI driven: You are motivated, ambitious, data-driven and fueled by driving KPIs

  • Understand audiences: You have a great sense of what the audience wants and can create the best solution that solves their problem

  • Communication: You have rock-solid communication skills

  • Growth mindset: A growth mindset to really develop as your role increases in scope and complexity
