Job Description

Work you'll do/Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective online sales funnels and campaigns from awareness to conversion stages.
  • Conduct Full Customer Journey Analysis using marketing attribution tools to identify patterns leading to high-quality leads and evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing channels and content.
  • Create and utilize effective Lead Magnets such as free checklists, eBooks, or courses to capture email addresses and facilitate follow-ups.
  • Sort and prioritize leads based on their quality and potential value, using insights from marketing attribution.
  • Develop LinkedIn Marketing strategies, creating top-notch content for campaigns and networking to secure strong leads.
  • Create Personalized Offers tailored to the demographics and preferences of leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Conduct Lead Validation and Classification, effectively sorting and categorizing leads from various sources including website, LinkedIn, and vendor purchases, and grouping them based on specific interests, demographics, and engagement levels.
  • Optimize quiz funnels, lead conversion strategies, and write high-response follow-up emails.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of qualified warm leads.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and lead acquisition strategies.



What qualifications you need:

  • Proven experience in online lead acquisition, digital marketing, and LinkedIn marketing.
  • Proficient in using marketing attribution tools for customer journey analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability in creating and managing lead magnets.
  • Experience in lead validation, classification, and prioritization.
  • Strong skills in personalized offer creation and marketing strategy development.
  • Background in the B2B IT services space is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
