Marketing Coordinator:

Scope of Activity:

Provides support to the Marketing Specialist, specifically with branding and marketing needs to support the sales team with building excellent client relations and solicitation of new work. A majority of this position will be assisting with all graphic design elements, including ad copy, and content creation. This position reports to the Marketing Specialist I and is on-site in Spring, TX

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the organization.
• Facilitate community involvement, outreach, and volunteering activities
• Responsible for write ups of project wins and internal employee updates.
• Assist with writing copy and selecting appropriate imagery for various marketing media including socials, internal and external websites.
• Assist in the management of our online merchandise store
• Continually review and update previously produced materials to remain consistent with current strategy and messaging.
• Assist with the management and scheduling of videography and photography for company use in regular marketing materials.
• Perform regular audits of all approved photos within the photo library for consistency in naming and folder structure 
• Performs other duties, as assigned.

Experience:

Entry Level (No Experience Necessary)

Education and/or Training:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or related field

Other Criteria:

• Complies with Strike’s policies and procedures.
• Complies with Strike’s Drug & Alcohol Policy maintaining favorable drug testing results throughout employment.
• Performs job safely with respect to others, property, and individual safety.
• Works effectively with others to encourage teamwork and productivity.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
