Analytica is seeking a Technical Project Manager to manage small to mid-size projects for federal government clients in the DC metro area.  The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with clients in both a consulting and delivery capacity to tackle complex, enterprise cloud or on-premise software and technology projects.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
  • Regularly interface with clients at numerous levels of an organization—project managers, stakeholders, end-users, data owners, analysts, IT groups, management, and executives—to drive the delivery of technology projects
  • Manage project delivery agile project ceremonies and activities as required, including creating Epic / User stories creation, product and sprint backlog grooming, daily stand-up meetings, JIRA board management, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  • Manage project cost, schedule and performance and ensures stakeholders are aware of key project activities.
  • Provide client interface and consulting support to delivery and engineering teams on business analysis, technology approach, solutions, project management process and client engagement to drive delivery success
  • Demonstrated proposal writing experience with knowledge of proposal process and color reviews
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where small teams share a broad variety of duties

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relative field
  • PMP certification required
  • CSM, SAFe certification strongly preferred
  • 4+ years’ consulting, agile project team role, business analyst or similar experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with Agile framework and facilitating all Agile Scrum ceremonies including designing EPIC / User stories, sprint backlog grooming, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives and working with the Federal Government
  • Has a full understanding of data analytics and data science projects and resolves a wide range of issues in creative and effective ways
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with clients, technical SME's, and other project team members to establish, monitor and perform against requirements and deliverable
  • Proven leadership and communication abilities
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in Federal Government proposal development using the Shipley or equivalent proposal process and developing storyboards, mock-ups, proposal outlines
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen to obtain the Public Trust clearance. No dual citizenship.
