We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to play a key role in our company's operational success. This part-time, remote position involves a broad range of administrative and operational tasks designed to optimize our workflow and enhance our service delivery. The role offers significant growth potential, with the opportunity to transition to full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- This is a part-time, fully remote position that requires approximately 5-15 hours of work per week, with flexibility in scheduling.
- Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, email correspondence, and document preparation, to support the CEO.
- Assist in project coordination, ensuring efficient progress from quoting to completion.
- Facilitate smooth operations by managing orders, overseeing vendor payments, and supporting payroll processes.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by assisting with sales and after-sales service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, with a preference for backgrounds in working with contractors.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and AR/AP functions, preferably in a small business setting.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and other relevant tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication abilities and a problem-solving mindset.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping and financial tasks.
- Technical proficiency and willingness to learn specific industry skills.
