We are currently looking for a Vice President of Operations to oversee Operations at our US locations and join our Executive Team.

As a member of the executive team and head of operations, you can significantly influence the direction of the company and the difference we make to our customers and the world. This is an ideal position for a career-oriented operations leader with an eye on progressing in a value-driven company with a history of growth and opportunity.
You will manage all internal operational departments across multiple local sites, including warehouse, production, fulfillment, engineering, and facilities. You will collaborate with our People Team to maintain the highest learning and development levels. You will collaborate with Client Success to support customer onboarding, satisfaction, and requirements. In collaboration with cost accounting and client-facing staff, you will set pricing, capture ongoing costs, and drive costs down. We consider ourselves leaders in the supply chain, and our ability to ramp, change, and respond to market conditions is legendary. We expect you to continue to drive this aspect of supply chain agility for our operations.
Here's what you need to succeed in the role:
Increasing responsibility in manufacturing and distribution leadership roles with multi-tier management in a fast-paced, people-heavy environment. You will have a strong understanding of manufacturing, omnichannel distribution, facilities management, and related systems, such as ERP and WMS
Deep experience in developing and managing strong operations teams in a collaborative culture
Our client-centric approach requires a high level of agility. You must have a proven ability to initiate and drive change on a strategic, tactical, and day-to-day level, taking the lead from digital transformation and other strategic initiatives to more fluid tactical and operational changes. Examples of such changes would include rapid customer onboarding and associated shifts in operational needs, to managing daily fluctuations, sometimes with extremely short notice and extreme swings, without compromising quality or missing deadlines
Passion for driving impeccable quality, using ISO and QMS as an integral part of continuous improvement, and maintaining uncompromising Six Sigma+ standards. You must be intimately familiar with quality and EHS standards, preferably in a medical context, and have a proven ability to collaborate with and leverage quality
Strong drive to succeed and a high level of resourcefulness, ensuring that you and your teams always meet deadlines, service level agreements, and cost goals
Exceptional verbal and listening communication skills, with the proven ability to present to, interact with, and inspire small to large audiences, including high-level communications to clients
Relevant BS and preferably an MBA (or substantial business management experience in the industry)
You will be local to either our Indianapolis facility or (preferred) our Fremont headquarters. Sorry, no relocation

Well-rounded with world-class operations experience, leading facilities with high-volume assembly, kitting, warehouse management, omni-channel distribution, and responsibility for EHS, 6S, and Six Sigma practices
We strongly prefer somebody with a strong quality background and expertise, preferably in the medical or other very regulated industries
