Training Specialist

We are looking for a Training Specialist join our growing company! This role is located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Development, Train and deliver instructions on Electronic Counter Measure (ECM) /Electronic Warfare (EW) systems.
• Provide New Equipment training/New Equipment Fielding (NET/NEF) to Soldiers globally.
• Developing training materials and supporting technical manual updates.

Requirements:

• Must have an active Secret clearance.
• Experience with DoD Ground and Air Electronic Counter Measure (ECM) systems such as Duke, Modi, I1B1, Universal Test set (UTS), Drone Defender.
• 7 years’ experience in the development, integration, and implementation of training for EW or ECM systems
• Preferred qualified Spectrum Managers or graduates of Electronic Warfare Officer School
• TRADOC Instructor Certification a plus
