Social Media & Video Production Expert - New Studio - Full Bennies

We are looking for a creative and detail orientated multi-media professional to plan, produce and execute content across all ReadyCloud marketing efforts.  www.readycloud.com

This is a Full-Time role at ReadyCloud. This position is on-site, in-studio, with some flexibility for remote work.

About the Job:

As the Multi-Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our marketing team, providing invaluable expertise and support in video production for our campaigns, quarterly initiatives, and affiliate marketing efforts. From conceptualization to execution, you will guide projects through pre-production, production, and post-production phases, while facilitating smooth navigation of production processes.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, edit, and publish video content for any marketing efforts for the ReadyCloud Marketing Team.
• Take an active role in creative ideation and develop on-brief and on-brand creative ideas for video projects and campaigns.
• Manage the ReadyCloud Wistia Account and YouTube Channel to help improve video marketing performance.
• Manage video ads on Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok to maximize video performance and lead flow. All the while managing paid media budgets.
• Lead video projects, oversee visual creative direction, and offer on-site video direction.
• Provide videography and photography services to the ReadyCloud team; this includes shooting, editing, and some slight motion graphics editing.
• Collaborate with SEO Content Writer and Executive Social Media Manager regarding video subject matter for video scripts and overall content themes and messaging.   

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in advertising, film production, marketing or a similar field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within a production company, marketing team, creative studio, or agency.

Competencies Required:

• Expertise in post-production software like Adobe Premiere, and proficiencies with many of the Adobe Creative tools like After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Media Encoder.
• Proficiency with Sony Mirrorless DSLR cameras and an understanding of cinematic and studio lighting.
• A familiarity with video sets and team member roles.
• An excellent understanding of marketing strategy, flywheel marketing, and how video plays into lead nurture.

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Must have a solid understanding of paid media, specifically when it comes to video content.
• Must have a basic understanding of Ecommerce platforms; like Shopify, WooCommerce, or NetSuite.
• HubSpot Certification or HubSpot experience is a plus; but is not required.
• Creative and an enthusiasm for contributing ideas.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
